AMVero AI monitoring dashboard
Senior PM, AI Platform

Took an AI monitoring tool from pilot to five enterprise contracts in five months

I took AMVero from first enterprise pilot to five paying clients in five months, writing the GTM narrative, designing the smart alerting system that eliminated operator alert fatigue, and authoring the deployment playbook that got regulated manufacturers live without disrupting production.

  • —Chose condition-based multi-layer filtering over severity thresholds — turned AMVero from a noise source into a trusted monitoring tool operators actually relied on.Alerts PRD ↗
  • —Defined on-premise as a product, not a cloud port, for aerospace and defense clients who required air-gapped environments.
  • —Moved pricing from flat per-seat to consumption-based credits, aligning costs with customer production volume.

“We've seen a 98% reduction in engineering review time per build, allowing our team to focus on more critical tasks. This, combined with an 18% reduction in scrap costs, has delivered a powerful return on investment.”
Amar Patel · Digital Transformation Lead, Baker Hughes

Predictive simulation structural fit validation
Product Manager, Simulation

Shipped three simulation modules, culminating in the thermo-mechanical solver that made first-time-right manufacturing achievable

I built out the Simulation Suite over three years, shipping a Thermal module, a Mechanical module, and then the Thermo-mechanical module that combined both into a single pass — the step that eliminated inter-stage wait times and made serial production with first-time-right accuracy viable.

  • —Shipped Thermal and Mechanical as separate modules, then unified them into a single coupled thermo-mechanical pass — eliminating inter-stage wait times and making first-time-right accuracy viable in serial production.
  • —Validated on standard engineering workstations, not servers — deliberately expanding the addressable market to any manufacturer running 3DXpert.
  • —Ran a structured beta with Knauf before release, reducing launch risk and generating a credible customer story at release.

“We have achieved a lightweight component we would have never imagined creating before this project. This application creates new sparks for more AM applications in the marine industry.”

An AI-native PM practice

AI lets me cover more ground in less time and build working prototypes without waiting on development. I can bring something testable to every client and stakeholder conversation instead of a description of what I am imagining.

01

Discovery & specs

AI synthesized support tickets, Jira history, and customer feedback before I wrote the AMVero alerting spec. It surfaced a threshold conflict that would have shipped a broken alert.

02

Prototyping

I put working mockups in front of operators before any production code was written. They caught a UX problem in the first session that would have taken multiple developer sprints to fix post-release.

03

Market intelligence

A scheduled agent tracks AMVero's regulatory environment, competitor pricing, and new entrants weekly. When competitors shifted to flexible pricing, I had the data to propose our move to token-based billing before we fell behind.

04

Support intelligence

AI read 500 support tickets and found that operators were drowning in false alerts, not accuracy problems. That finding redirected the entire Smart Alerting roadmap.

10+ years in enterprise software

2025–Present
Oqton·Senior PM, AI Platform

Launched AMVero to five enterprise customers in five months: authored the deployment playbook, designed the smart alerting system, and defined the on-premise product variant for regulated industries.

2022–2025
Oqton·Product Manager, Simulation

Shipped the thermo-mechanical simulation module — coupled two previously separate solvers, validated on standard workstations, and ran a structured beta with Knauf that eliminated launch risk and delivered a credible customer story at release.

2017–2022
3D Systems·QA Team Lead

Built the QA function from scratch and led a team responsible for release certification on enterprise CAD/CAM software; the role where systematic defect thinking became the default.

2015–2017
3D Systems·QA Engineer (Founding Team)

Wrote the first validation frameworks for a new generation of manufacturing tools: pre-release, no existing playbook, high failure cost if defects shipped.

2012–2015
Cimatron·QA Engineer

Certified CAD/CAM software for tooling manufacturers across Europe and North America; learned to find the failure modes product teams hadn't imagined.

A decade of QA before PM means I approach AI product decisions the way a test engineer approaches release certification: assume it will fail, design for the edge case, then validate before shipping.

04

Mechanical engineer by training, product manager by craft

Michael Korenevsky

Ten years building and certifying industrial software before moving into product management. The QA years weren't a detour — they taught me to find failure modes before users do, which turns out to be exactly what enterprise AI products need.
